ADAMTS16

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEDAG, CSF3R, and IGF1. Each is linked with ADAMTS16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS16-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS16 versus MEDAG in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
