ADAMTS16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PDCD4, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with ADAMTS16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS16-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ADAMTS16-low versus ADAMTS16-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
