ADAMTS16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 421 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRG2B, XAGE5, and FAM227B. Each is linked with ADAMTS16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS16-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRG2B grouped by ADAMTS16-low versus ADAMTS16-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
