ADAMTS15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,628 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAC9, SPON1, and ACTN1. Each is linked with ADAMTS15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS15 versus PLAC9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
