ADAMTS15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,573 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTDSS1, XBP1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with ADAMTS15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS15 versus PTDSS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
