ADAMTS15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLVS2, KRT71, and LCE2B. Each is linked with ADAMTS15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLVS2 grouped by ADAMTS15-low versus ADAMTS15-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
