ADAMTS15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAMTS15 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,198 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED12, PCDHA13, and TACC2. Each is linked with ADAMTS15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS15-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED12 grouped by ADAMTS15-low versus ADAMTS15-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
