Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,926 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, MEIS3, and COL1A1. Each is linked with ADAMTS12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS12 results are reported.
