ADAMTS10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,981 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM5, PDLIM7, and SSC5D. Each is linked with ADAMTS10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS10 versus PDLIM5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
