The most reproducible ADAMTS10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nucleus, mRNA export from nucleus, and Negative regulation of interferon-alpha production. Each is linked with ADAMTS10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS10 results are reported.
