ADAMTS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYAB, ADGRG3, and MYL9. Each is linked with ADAMTS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS1 versus CRYAB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
