ADAMTS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMTS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT3, CENPU, and CENPH. Each is linked with ADAMTS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMTS1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT3 grouped by ADAMTS1-low versus ADAMTS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
