Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMDEC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,355 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMDEC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX11, ITGAL, and LAIR1. Each is linked with ADAMDEC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMDEC1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMDEC1 results are reported.
