ADAMDEC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMDEC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMDEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD80, PIGQ, and TNFSF13B. Each is linked with ADAMDEC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMDEC1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMDEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAMDEC1 versus CD80 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMDEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMDEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
