ADAMDEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAMDEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,900 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAMDEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2P1, MRPL35P1, and CBX3P8. Each is linked with ADAMDEC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAMDEC1-to-partner and partner-to-ADAMDEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EZH2P1 grouped by ADAMDEC1-low versus ADAMDEC1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAMDEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAMDEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
