ADAM8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,490 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PELATON, MEFV, and LILRB3. Each is linked with ADAM8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM8-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM8 versus PELATON in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
