Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A6, MAL2, and OR1A2. Each is linked with ADAM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM7-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 versus SLC1A6 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
