ADAM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and TSC1. Each is linked with ADAM7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM7-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ADAM7-low versus ADAM7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
