Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,819 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of production of molecular mediator of immune response, Regulation of production of molecular mediator of immune response, and CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with ADAM6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM6-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM6 results are reported.
