Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAM5 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ADAM5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where ADAM5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
