ADAM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP88, IGHV4-4, and PMS2P6. Each is linked with ADAM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM5-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
