ADAM33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,754 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, SORBS3, and LRP1. Each is linked with ADAM33 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM33-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 versus SGCD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
