Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,145 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM30-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with ADAM30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM30-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM30 versus LGALS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
