ADAM30

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM30 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ADAM30’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where ADAM30 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ADAM30 is over-expressed in tumor.

UCEC are the cancer types where ADAM30 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
