ADAM30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM30-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSG4, MBL2, and PRR30. Each is linked with ADAM30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM30-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DSG4 grouped by ADAM30-low versus ADAM30-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
