Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM20P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAM20P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ADAM20P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM20P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LIHC show a favorable association.
KICH, LUAD, and CESC are the cancer types where ADAM20P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
