Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM20P3 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ADAM20P3’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where ADAM20P3 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ADAM20P3 is over-expressed in tumor.
COAD, READ, and UCEC are the cancer types where ADAM20P3 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
