Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM20P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,966 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADAM20P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synapse structure or activity, Quinone metabolic process, and Protein localization to basolateral plasma membrane. Each is linked with ADAM20P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM20P2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM20P2 results are reported.
