Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM20P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADAM20P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ADAM20P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM20P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and LAML are the cancer types where ADAM20P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
