ADAM20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL12BP1, MIR4699, and TTI2. Each is linked with ADAM20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM20-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL12BP1 grouped by ADAM20-low versus ADAM20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
