ADAM20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,079 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA 5'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with ADAM20 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM20-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by ADAM20-low versus ADAM20-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
