Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADAM18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ADAM18 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ADAM18 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADAM18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ADAM18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
