ADAM18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,093 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, ZNF77, and PRR29. Each is linked with ADAM18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM18-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by ADAM18-low versus ADAM18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
