ADAM18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PKC-delta_pS664, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ADAM18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM18-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ADAM18-low versus ADAM18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
