The most reproducible ADAM18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sphingolipid catabolic process, Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12 signaling pathway, and Adult heart development. Each is linked with ADAM18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM18-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM18 results are reported.
