ADAM17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,633 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM168B, EPG5, and HOMER1. Each is linked with ADAM17 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM17-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM17 versus FAM168B in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
