ADAM12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,336 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL12A1, COL3A1, and ITGB5. Each is linked with ADAM12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM12 versus COL12A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
