ADAM12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,061 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, SFRP2, and LGALS1. Each is linked with ADAM12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM12 versus MXRA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
