ADAM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAM12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p27_pT198, and ASNS. Each is linked with ADAM12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ADAM12-low versus ADAM12-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
