ADAM12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,999 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFC, GLIPR1, and TGFBI. Each is linked with ADAM12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAM12 versus VEGFC in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
