ADAM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B3, HHLA1, and NOBOX. Each is linked with ADAM12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM12-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B3 grouped by ADAM12-low versus ADAM12-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
