ADAM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14K1, GLIS1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with ADAM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAM10-to-partner and partner-to-ADAM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14K1 grouped by ADAM10-low versus ADAM10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
