ADAL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, DNAJC17, and TP53BP1_S1114. Each is linked with ADAL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAL-to-partner and partner-to-ADAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAL versus TP53BP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
