ADAL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADAL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,876 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC4, CHST14, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with ADAL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAL-to-partner and partner-to-ADAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADAL versus EMC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
