ADAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVPR1B, KRTAP2-1, and MS4A6E. Each is linked with ADAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADAD2-to-partner and partner-to-ADAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVPR1B grouped by ADAD2-low versus ADAD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
