Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACYP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACYP2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ACYP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACYP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and COAD are the cancer types where ACYP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
