ACYP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACYP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACYP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-1, MIR4778, and MIR6134. Each is linked with ACYP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACYP2-to-partner and partner-to-ACYP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP21-1 grouped by ACYP2-low versus ACYP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACYP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACYP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
