ACYP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACYP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,877 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACYP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, UBR7, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with ACYP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACYP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACYP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACYP1 versus MTHFD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACYP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACYP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
