ACYP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACYP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACYP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-8, MIR6839, and MIR6895. Each is linked with ACYP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACYP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACYP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHV3OR16-8 grouped by ACYP1-low versus ACYP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACYP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACYP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
