Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACVR2B-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,239 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACVR2B-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVR2B, RBSN, and RAP2C-AS1. Each is linked with ACVR2B-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACVR2B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ACVR2B-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACVR2B-AS1 versus ACVR2B in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACVR2B-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACVR2B-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
